With roots in Carlisle, MA, Douglas “Doug” Stevenson has established himself as a respected leader in the construction industry. Doug Stevenson’s career spans over 30 years of hands-on experience, strategic growth, and community involvement, making him a trusted figure in both professional and civic circles within and outside MA.

Doug Stevenson advanced through several leadership roles over nearly three decades. Starting as an operations manager and project Manager, he gained hands-on experience overseeing multimillion-dollar custom homes and managing large teams of construction professionals.

Throughout his career, Mr. Stevenson has assumed full responsibility for company operations. Helping companies to achieve significant growth and tripling annual revenue while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and employee retention.

Beyond his professional achievements, he is committed to community service and leadership. He served multiple terms on the Town of Carlisle Board of Selectmen, including six terms as Chairman, and dedicated 40 years to the Carlisle Volunteer Fire Department, retiring as a Lieutenant.
